  • Siuma Capital advised on the sale of one of the world’s most iconic fast-food brands with a strong presence in Panama. Through a structured sell-side process, we unlocked multiple value-creation mechanisms for our client, executing a transaction that strategically monetized future performance while significantly enhancing the brand’s market positioning. Siuma Capital directly managed negotiations with Jamaican private equity firm Norbrook, designing the optimal structure for the transfer of rights, assets, and retail locations. The result was a highly successful transaction—an iconic milestone for the Panamanian market.

  • About the Seller: Franquicias Panameñas is a multi-brand operator of QSR chains in Panama with 65 years of experience in the sector. The company operates 46 KFC and 30 Dairy Queen stores nationwide.
